Boat Trailer Rubber Flexible DOT Brake Hose 72" 90 Degree Male Inverted Flare

This UV Rated, DOT Approved flexible trailer brake hose measures 26 inches in length and features a 90 degree bend at the fitting. You will typically find trailer brake hoses of this length used to jump from one axle to another in a tandem axle brake setup or as a shorter length from the T or X fitting to the closest caliper. It can however be used anywhere on your trailer that you might need it. To outfit your Boat or Utility Trailer with Hydraulic brakes, it is necessary to use a brake hose like this, whether it is straight Hydraulically Activated, or if using an Electric Over Hydraulic Actuation Unit. 

These brake hose fittings are 3/16" Male inverted Flare ends and have a 3/8"-24 thread, which is very common for trailer brake components. If you are trying to match your current standard brake parts, there is a very good chance they will accept the fitting sizes on this Hydraulic trailer brake hose and others we currently sell, but it is always best practice to measure before placing an order.

Perfect for tough-to-reach places on your trailer, one of the ends of the brake hose is bent at a 90-degree angle to help install Hydraulic lines in tight places. It's important to note that while the brake hose itself is flexible, it will not bend at the 90-degree angle and any attempt to do so could result in kinking the line and blocking the flow of brake fluid and pressure.
