The AL-KO 2.8VB1 Overrun Brake System is engineered for braked trailers with a 120mm square drawbar, supporting total weights of 2500kg to 3500kg. Featuring the robust AK351 Ball Hitch made of durable cast iron, it guarantees a secure connection to the towing vehicle while integrating advanced safety systems: a hitch wear indicator, correct coupling sensor, and anti-disengagement lock. The hot-dip galvanized steel housing ensures superior corrosion resistance against moisture, road salt, and temperature fluctuations, minimizing maintenance needs. This system automatically engages the trailer's brakes in sync with the towing vehicle, shortening stopping distances, stabilizing movement, and reducing wear on the vehicle's brake components. Ideal for heavy-duty trailers, it includes a 150kg max vertical load capacity and complies with AL-KO 2361 braking standards.
