The AL-KO 60S/2 Overrun Brake System is a compact and efficient solution designed for lightweight trailers with V-shaped drawbars, supporting a total weight range of 450kg to 750kg. Equipped with the AK161 Ball Hitch, it ensures a secure and stable connection to the towing vehicle, featuring an ergonomic soft-grip lever for effortless coupling/uncoupling and a Soft-Dock cover to protect against scratches and impacts during maneuvering. The system's hot-dip galvanized steel housing provides advanced corrosion resistance, ensuring durability in harsh weather, road salt, and moisture.

This overrun device automatically synchronizes the trailer's brakes with the towing vehicle, reducing stopping distances, stabilizing movement, and minimizing wear on the vehicle's braking system. Designed for top-mounted installation on the drawbar, it optimizes braking performance and simplifies maintenance access. Safety features include a hitch wear indicator, correct coupling sensor, and anti-disengagement lock to prevent accidental uncoupling. Compatible with AL-KO 1636G/1637 braking mechanisms, it is ideal for household trailers, small cargo carriers, and recreational use.
