The AL-KO 2.8VB1 Overrun Brake System is engineered for heavy-duty trailers featuring a V-type drawbar, supporting a total weight range of 2500kg to 3500kg. Equipped with the robust AK351 Ball Hitch made of durable cast iron, it guarantees a secure and stable connection to the towing vehicle, even under extreme loads. The system's hot-dip galvanized steel housing provides superior corrosion resistance, protecting against rust, road salt, and mechanical wear for long-term reliability in harsh conditions.

This overrun device automatically synchronizes the trailer's brakes with the towing vehicle, reducing stopping distances, stabilizing movement, and minimizing wear on the vehicle's braking system. Its dual mounting options (top or bottom of the drawbar) offer flexibility for diverse trailer designs, with a maximum drawbar height of 100mm for bottom mounting. Advanced safety features include a hitch wear indicator, correct coupling sensor, and anti-disengagement lock to prevent accidental uncoupling. Compatible with the AL-KO 2361 braking mechanism, it ensures seamless integration and optimal performance.
