The KNOTT KFG30A Overrun Brake System is engineered for heavy-duty trailers with V-type drawbars, supporting a total weight range of 1600kg to 3000kg. Equipped with the K35-A Ball Hitch made of durable cast iron, it ensures a robust and secure connection to the towing vehicle, featuring a coupling wear indicator for real-time monitoring of component condition and maintenance needs. The system's hot-dip galvanized steel housing provides superior corrosion resistance, protecting against rust, road salt, and mechanical damage for long-term durability in harsh environments.

This device automatically synchronizes the trailer's brakes with the towing vehicle, reducing stopping distances, stabilizing movement, and minimizing wear on the vehicle's braking system. Dual mounting options (top or bottom of the drawbar) offer flexibility for diverse trailer designs, with a maximum drawbar height of 100mm for bottom mounting. The anti-roll functionality prevents unintended movement when stationary, enhancing safety during loading and unloading.
