The AL-KO 90S/3 Overrun Brake System is a robust and compact solution designed for light to medium-duty trailers with V-type drawbars, supporting a total weight range of 700kg to 1000kg. Featuring the AK161 Ball Hitch, it ensures a secure connection to the towing vehicle, equipped with an ergonomic soft-grip lever for effortless coupling/uncoupling and a Soft-Dock cover to prevent scratches and impacts during maneuvering. The system's hot-dip galvanized steel housing delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, safeguarding against rust, road salt, and harsh weather conditions for long-term durability.

This device automatically synchronizes the trailer's brakes with the towing vehicle, reducing stopping distances, stabilizing movement, and minimizing wear on the vehicle's braking components. Designed for top-mounted installation on the drawbar, it optimizes braking efficiency and ensures easy access for maintenance. Advanced safety features include a hitch wear indicator, correct coupling sensor, and anti-disengagement lock to eliminate accidental uncoupling risks. Compatible with AL-KO 1636G/1637/2051 braking mechanisms, it is ideal for household, agricultural, and light commercial trailers.
