Upgrade your tandem axle trailer's braking system with our advanced hydraulic brake line kit. Specially engineered for boat and utility trailers, this kit streamlines the installation of both disc and drum brakes. It features Kodiak DOT-approved, UV-rated flexible rubber hoses that resist cracking and premature wear, ensuring long-lasting performance. The kit incorporates precision brass fittings-a four-connector cross fitting for the front axle and a three-connector T fitting for the rear axle-providing secure, leak-proof connections. Swivel hose ends reduce twisting during installation, offering ample room for tools. Included are properly sized hoses: a 20 ft main hose, paired with a 3 ft jumper to the rear axle, plus additional 18 in and 6 ft 8in hoses to connect to brake calipers on both axles. A complete set of 15 screw-in push mount cable ties and 15 standard cable ties ensures neat, reliable mounting along the trailer frame and axles. This kit eliminates the need for rust-prone steel hardware, making it ideal for corrosive, saltwater environments.
